If you begin an application and need to stop the process, you may log-out and log-in again at a later time using the user name and password you just created.
The application will not be available on December 11th from 1:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. If you are attempting to complete our application during this time, please try back after 9:00 a.m.

Who is this application for?
This application is for first-year, transfer, second degree, and international undergraduate students. After submitting your application, submit your test scores, transcripts, and application fee. Kutztown University accepts College Board or NACAC fee waivers. All other requests must be made in writing to the Office of Admissions from the high school or transfer school counselor.
International Students are not eligible for application fee waivers.
Students applying for undergraduate study at Kutztown University will be classified as in-state or out-of-state for fee purposes. This classification is based on information furnished by the applicant and all other relevant information. The university may require written documents, affidavits, verifications, or other evidence necessary to establish the domicile of a student. Click here for details about residency.
Availability of Annual Safety and Security Report, Fire Safety Report
Kutztown University is committed to assisting all members of the community in providing for their own safety and security. The annual safety and security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Kutztown University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. These reports also include institutional policies concerning campus security and fire safety awareness, inclusive of policies concerning sexual assault.
