PLEASE NOTE: If you want to edit or update an application you have aleady submitted for Fall 2015 term (i.e., major, address, email, phone number, the semester for which you have applied for, etc.), please contact the Office of Admissions at or call 610-683-4060.

If you begin an application and need to stop the process, you may log-out and log-in again at a later time using the user name and password you just created.

Who is this application for?

This application is for first-year, transfer, second degree, and international undergraduate students. After submitting your application, submit your test scores, transcripts, and application fee. Fee Waivers
Kutztown University accepts College Board or NACAC fee waivers. All other requests must be made in writing to the Office of Admissions from the high school or transfer school counselor.

International Students are not eligible for application fee waivers.

Pennsylvania Residency
Students applying for undergraduate study at Kutztown University will be classified as in-state or out-of-state for fee purposes. This classification is based on information furnished by the applicant and all other relevant information. The university may require written documents, affidavits, verifications, or other evidence necessary to establish the domicile of a student.

Availability of Annual Safety and Security Report, Fire Safety Report
Kutztown University is committed to assisting all members of the community in providing for their own safety and security. The annual safety and security report includes statistics for the previous three years concerning reported crimes that occurred on-campus, in certain off-campus buildings or property owned or controlled by Kutztown University, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. These reports also include institutional policies concerning campus security and fire safety awareness, inclusive of policies concerning sexual assault

After you complete a screen, click the NEXT button at the bottom or on one of the sections listed on the left column to move to a different screen.
